Returns and Refunds Policy

Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Refund Process

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are unused and in resalable condition
  • All tags and labels are attached
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is included

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Final sale items or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@tinyauraco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with the return authorization
  5. Track Your Return: Keep the tracking number until your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to your original card within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: Refund will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Refund will be processed according to the payment provider's policies

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to help us process your claim quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 30 days of us receiving your return, please contact us immediately at contact@tinyauraco.com with your order number and return tracking information.

Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Additionally, we may modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
